Deborah C. Miller, founder of Professional Dynamics, has more than 20 years experience working with corporate, manufacturing, healthcare and nonprofit organizations. She is dedicated to helping them transform their work environments and work processes in ways that increase productivity, encourage creativity and shift the organization from imitation to innovation.

Deb brings expertise in “Lean,” “Six Sigma,” quality improvement, project management, team building, technical training, and meeting facilitation to the challenges and opportunities at each organization she works with. She received a Master’s degree in professional communication from Purdue University. She earned her Six Sigma blackbelt from Sigma Breakthrough Technologies, Inc. Deb received her “Lean in Healthcare” certification from Leading Edge.
